How to use SMS commands
Task 1. Send alarm messages until the alarm is disabled via SMS commands or conditions change.
To accomplish this task, we use the trigger as an intermediate element. Turn on the trigger if the alarm occurs and turn it off if everything is back to normal. We perform messages or dial tasks if the trigger is "on"/"alarm" state. Disable the trigger by SMS command if the alarm notification is no longer needed.
Create a trigger element "Trigger Alarm":
Create a logic scheme to control a trigger:
Create a logic scheme for sending notifications. In case of an alarm, an SMS will be sent (notification element 'SMS to Admin') and then a call will be made to the specified number (dial task 'Dial to Admin'). Dial will be repeated (field 'Repeat/Duration') every 10 minutes until the alarm is cleared. SMS will be sent only once.
To disable the alarm earlier, when the notification has reached the addressee and does not need further, you must turn off the 'Trigger Alarm'. To do this, enter the phone numbers from which control is allowed in the 'List of allowed phone numbers field on 'SMS messages tab. Send an SMS with the text:
Set 'Trigger Alarm' off |
The name of the element must be enclosed in quotes and case-sensitive. If everything goes well, you will receive an SMS message in response:
The element (Trigger Alarm) was switched off |
