Introduction
The first-time wizard helps you to configure language, time, network, SNMP, and user permissions the first time you run the Vutlan web Interface of the monitoring unit.
The wizard button is displayed on the top bar of the Web interface when logged in as a “guest” user. Once you change the user name to something else, the wizard button will disappear.
Using the default user “guest” credentials is not safe. Make sure you change the user.
Run the First-time wizard
To run the First-time wizard, click a magic pen at the top right corner of the web interface.
Step 1: Choose language
Choose the language you want and press “Next” button.
Currently available languages include English, Russian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Polish, Turkish, Chinese, and Bulgarian.
If you need an additional language, please write to our online ticket support portal and we will assist you.

Option | Description |
|---|---|
Current device date and time | Manual time setting. Set the time according to the setup time of your PC or mobile that you are using to access the Vutlan web interface. |
Device timezone | Choose a device time zone |
Automatically synchronize time | Choose an option to automatically synchronize time. |
