Upgrade and restore via USB

To update the software via USB, first upload appropriate driver from our "drivers" section.

To upgrade to version 2.5.0 and higher: 

a) download first file named firmware-kernel.vut, then, for version 2.4.5 and higher rename it into firmware.vut file and upgrade, for versions 2.4.4 and lower, rename it into sky25firmware.sky and upgrade. Wait until system rebooted.

b) download file named firmware.vut, for version 2.4.5 and higher use firmware.vut file and upgrade, for versions 2.4.4 and lower, rename it into sky25firmware.sky and upgrade. 

For versions 2.4.5 and higher You can dowonlad and use a files named:

settings.vut -settings reset
resetusers.vut - users password reset

Insert USB flash drive into the input "USB" and wait while the contents of drive will be analyzed by the device. 

For versions 2.4.4 and lower You need to download a file named: sky25firmware.sky

Then copy the update file ("sky25firmware.sky"), the system settings file ("sky25settings.sky") or/and reset password file ("sky25resetusers.sky") into the root of USB-flash drive.  Do not change the file names!

Insert USB flash drive into the input "USB" and wait while the contents of drive will be analyzed by the device. 

The process of updating will be displayed on the LED on the front panel of the device.

The updating process is indicated by LEDs on the front panel of the device: file installation is indicated by switching ERR, the end of the installation process is indicated by a short-term increase in switching frequency ACT. Then all the lights switches off - the system is rebooted. Completion is indicated by switching reboot ACT.

After the reboot (all LEDs are turned off) after 30-60 seconds, check the system operation.
