What is NOT covered

This warranty does not cover

1. Any damage, loss, defect, malfunction, or failure of this Product due to: normal wear and tear, acts of God, natural disaster, negligence, accident, corrosions, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, use on an incorrect voltage, voltage supply problems, power surges and dips, unauthorized repairs or tampering by any persons, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance or care, inappropriate or improper installation or set-up, damage caused by improper installation (if not used under the manufacturer’s installation and operating instructions provided with the Product), improper or abnormal use, misuse, neglect or accident (including but not limited to shipping this Product without the proper preparation and/or packaging), use of defective or incompatible accessories, entry of any insect, vermin, or foreign in the Product.

2. Damage caused by another device or software used with this Product (including but not limited to damage resulting from the use of non-Vutlan s.r.o.-brand parts and Extension and Accessory Items).

3. Extension and Accessory Items that expired in accordance with a rated life;

4. Vutlan s.r.o. disclaims all express or implied warranties in respect of any software provided to the Product separately and any such software is provided “AS IS”.

5. Technical assistance for hardware or software usage and any software products contained in the Product.

6. To any damage or failure to the extent not covered by the original manufacturer warranty.

7. Problems arising from other than defects in materials, design, or workmanship.

8. The warranty does not cover the replacement of your equipment or the configuration of your new device.

9. Vutlan and its dealers are never liable for any consequential damage sustained by the malfunctioning of your device.

This limited warranty is VOID if this Product has been altered or modified in any way (including but not limited to attempted warranty repair without authorization from Vutlan s.r.o. and/or original model name and the serial number of the Product is altered, erased, missing, defaced, obliterated, removed, illegible, tampered or there is misrepresentation in any form).
