What to do if you think your Product is eligible for warranty service
Report your issue to the nearest Vutlan s.r.o. Service Center within the applicable warranty period. Their locations can be found at https://vutlan.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2. Supply a copy of your dated bill of sale and a copy of this warranty.
After contacting one of our Service Centers you will be required to send the Product properly packaged, freight prepaid, to the Service Center together with a photocopy of your bill of sale and a copy of this warranty.
