Connecting backup battery (legacy)

Connecting backup battery (legacy)

Some Vutlan monitoring systems have a 12V DC power input terminal. A backup battery can be connected to this terminal to reserve a power source in the Vutlan monitoring system.

Monitoring systems with reserve 12V DC power input VT335i (legacy), VT335t

Monitoring systems with a possibility to order a reserve 12V DC power input as an option: VT825i (legacy), VT855i (legacy), VT825t, VT855t

CL-18650-29E/3S1P / Backup Battery 10,95V (Li-Ion, 2.67 Ah, 10.95V battery)

Connecting a battery to VT825i (legacy), and VT855i (legacy) units

You can use a VT101i / Battery holder (legacy) to hold the battery from falling.

If necessary, the connector "DC 12V" can be connected to the backup battery 10-12 V with a supplied plug of 3.5 mm. Battery discharge starts as the battery voltage exceeds the appliance's internal voltage of 12V.

The input voltage of backup power must not exceed 11,6V!
