Configuring SC460 (v2.0.1-2.2.5)(legacy)

The SC460 sensor is represented in the system as three elements. By default, they are assigned automatically generated names of the form SC460-xxxx-smoke, SC460-xxxx-temperature, and SC460-xxxx-humidity where xxxx is the serial number of the sensor. The names can be changed.

The temperature and humidity sensor settings are performed by the description Configuring sensors (v2.0.1 - v2.2.5)

The smoke sensor does not require adjustment, but it must be manually reset when triggered. The smoke sensor is reset using the Reset checkbox in the Sensor Properties panel

To reset the Alarm state of the smoke sensor, check the Reset checkbox, click Apply, then uncheck the Reset checkbox and click Apply or Set and close again. Reset the smoke sensor only after the smoke has been eliminated, otherwise, the sensor will go back to the Alarm state.

If you need to temporarily (for example, during repair work) disable the smoke sensor, you can leave the Reset checkbox active, the smoke sensor will be disabled. The smoke sensor will continue to be disabled until the system is rebooted or the Reset is removed. The Reset checkbox is not saved in the flash memory.

Warning: When the Reset checkbox is set, the smoke sensor is disabled. To avoid missing smoke, do not leave the Reset set for a long time.
