Saving the current monitoring settings

Monitoring settings are not saved after a reboot. Even if You press "Apply" or "Save settings" in each configuration window. To save after reboot, you need to press , to save current settings to flash memory.

1. Reservation of current settings to local disk

To save current settings on an external file go to System menu >> Export >> Download current settings >> Choose which Parameters should be reserved >> Press Ok >> You receive the settings.vut file.

You need to be logged in as an administrator to do that.

It is not possible to load the reservation of the settings file from one system to a different system.

For example, it is not possible from VT335 to VT825.

But it is possible from VT825 to another VT825.

Units have different OS versions and different configurations. Different hardware gives different sensor IDs, which leads to inconsistencies in logic schemes, groups, etc.

CANbus

CAN bus configuration

The names of the elements are associated with a specific CAN sensor (by Serial Number and other sensor info). When transferring the configuration to another system, they will not be saved. Because of the architecture of the CAN network, it is impossible.
