Versatile miniature reader for proximity identifiers. Highly secure, open technology OSDPv2 reader. Resistant against moisture, dust, and vandal-proof. Easy to configure. The reader is used together with VT485r / OSDPv2 reader extension slot

Connect the reader to Vutlan using VT485r / OSDPv2 reader extension slot

Unscrew the M3 bolt from the reader.

User a screwdriver to push out two back panels from the reader. Pull the mount plate marked in orange from the reader.

The mount plate (back panel) can be installed on to a wall using dowels and screws.

Warning: Range decreases on metal surfaces.

Readers near each other (close installation of readers)

If readers are located near each other, you can connect the yellow cables from one reader to another.

We are talking about synchronizing radio pulses on 125 kHz with close installation of readers.

Mobile ID

The reader supports Mobile IDs (2.4 GHz). Mobile phone read range from the reader is around 0-50cm (tested on iPhone 12).

Once you have purchased and added the keys to your mobile phone, the method of adding keys to a Vutlan web interface is the same as adding an RFID card.
