Connecting Modbus devices
Modbus RTU meters/sensors/devices can be used with VT336, VT855i, VT960i and VT960ii monitoring units directly. Read Connecting Modbus RTU sensors/meters/devices (legacy) and Connecting Modbus TCP/IP meters/devices/sensors.
Modbus RTU meters/sensors/devices can be used with VT325, VT335S, VT805, VT825 monitoring units using VT85 / Modbus extension board. Read Connecting "VT85 / Modbus extension board".
Vutlan monitoring systems currently support the following protocols:
Modbus RTU read/write
Modbus TCP/IP read/write
The current maximum speed of checking the Modbus devices is 1 in 10 seconds.
Write is possible for any symbol and up to 32 symbols.
