Function and purpose
The LR530 Access sensor is a smart 2-in-1 wireless access and temperature sensor. By connecting the sensor to LR800 Gateway & Server or 3rd party LoRaWAN gateway, you can monitor the access of doors and windows, as well as measure the room temperature.
This window/door sensor includes a main sensor body and a magnet, which work together to determine whether the window/door is open or closed.
Sensor & Magnet parts
LR530 Access sensor consists of two parts: a sensor & a magnet

Add a sensor to the LoRaWAN network
This sensor can be added to LR800 Gateway & Server.
Support for 3rd-party gateways will be added soon.
First, follow the instructions in the article:Add a new LoRaWAN sensor
After the last step (inserting the batteries into the sensor), the sensor begins the activation process in the LoRaWAN network.
This process is indicated by a rapid flashing of the red LED.
If activation is successful, the red LED will flash continuously for 3 seconds, and then it will turn off.
If there is no continuous flash, the connection attempt to the network was unsuccessful and will be retried in a few seconds.
Normal data transmission from the sensor is indicated by a short flash of the red LED.
After inserting the batteries, the sensor ignores alarms from Case opening sensor for 5 minutes. This allows time for the sensor to be safely installed in its operating location.
Status LED indication
LED indicator | Sensor status |
|---|---|
Quickly flashing | Begins the activation process |
Remains steadily ON for 3 seconds | Activation or reconnection is successful. |
Does not remain steady ON | Activation unsuccessful. |
Flashed one time | Normal data transmission (uplink). |
